Since 2013, I have been running a small buy to let business providing accommodation for students in north Leeds.
From 1990 to 2013 I worked in the Civil Service at the Department of Health in London and Leeds. I had a variety of management postings in my career, heading up teams dealing with Social Care budgetary policy, Cardiovascular and Stroke policy, the Harold Shipman Inquiry, the private financing of the building of health centres for family doctors and the £1bn indemnity scheme for dealing with clinical negligence claims against the NHS.
